What You Need To Know
1. No Experience? No Problem!
Our classes are beginner-friendly, and our instructors will guide you step by step. If you are booking a Pole Tricks class make sure to choose a Level 1 Class - for all other classes feel free to join whichever one suits your schedule!
2. What to Wear and Bring

Wear comfy workout clothes that you feel comfortable and are able to move freely in.

For Pole Classes, shorts and a tank top are best to help grip the pole.

For Yoga Classes we have mats available that are free for you to use, although if you prefer to use your own please bring one.

Bring a water bottle and an open mind!
3. Arrive Early
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your first class to meet your instructor, settle in, and feel at ease.
