we offer a variety of classes including

Pole Classes

Tricks and Heels Flow

We offer two different styles of pole classes - Pole Tricks and Heels Flow. Pole Tricks classes focus on learning new pole tricks and combos, while in Heels Flow you will learn a new pole choreography each month!

Pole Tricks classes are split into different levels of progression, while Heels Flow classes are open to anyone  - although we recommend students be at Level 2 in their Pole Tricks classes to get the most out of these classes!

Kettlebell Classes

Build Strength

Our kettlebell classes offer a powerful approach to building strength, endurance, and functional fitness, making them perfect for both pole dancers and anyone looking to improve overall strength and conditioning. These classes emphasize core stability, grip strength, and efficient movement, delivering a balanced, full-body workout that complements pole training while supporting general fitness goals. Whether you’re cross-training for pole or simply aiming to enhance your fitness, our kettlebell classes provide an effective, structured path to strength.

Stretch Classes

Enhance Flexibility

Our stretch classes are designed to help you develop active flexibility, making them an ideal complement to pole training but accessible to anyone aiming to improve their range of motion. Through targeted exercises, we focus on building both flexibility and strength, enhancing control over extended positions. Whether you’re a pole dancer looking to deepen your practice or simply interested in becoming more flexible, these classes will help you safely and effectively reach your goals.

Yoga Classes

Both Aerial and Floor Based

Elevate Fitness Studio offers a variety of yoga options to support flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Our aerial yoga classes allow students to explore poses using a fabric hammock, which supports the body through inversions and deep stretches, enhancing mobility and core stability. We also offer floor-based yoga classes, providing a traditional approach focused on breath, alignment, and flow. Whether you’re looking to deepen your stretch, build strength, or find balance, our yoga classes cater to all experience levels and fitness goals. Join us for a unique practice that rejuvenates both body and mind!

Kids Classes

Aerial Hammock & Pole Fitness

Our kids classes offer a fun and engaging way for children ages 6 to 14 to explore movement, build strength, and develop confidence. We offer two exciting options: aerial hammock, where kids can experience the joy of suspended movement, and pole, which introduces them to basic pole skills in a safe, supportive environment. Both classes encourage kids to improve coordination, flexibility, and body awareness in a playful, structured setting. Whether your child is a beginner or has some experience, our kids classes provide a welcoming space to grow and thrive!

Pole Levels

Our pole syllabus is structured across multiple levels to ensure that students build a solid foundation of skills before advancing to more challenging techniques. Each level introduces new moves and conditioning exercises that gradually increase in complexity and intensity, allowing students to progress at a pace that promotes strength, safety, and confidence on the pole.

To maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, students are required to meet the requirements for each level before moving up. These requirements ensure that students have developed the necessary skills and strength to handle the demands of the level. If a student hasn’t met the progression benchmarks but demonstrates readiness, an instructor may clear them to join the next level at their discretion.

By following this structured approach, students gain confidence in their abilities, improve their technique, and reduce the risk of injury as they progress on their pole journey.

Level 1

Intro Pole Tricks

This entry-level class introduces students to the basics of pole movement and conditioning. The focus is on foundational skills, such as pole standing, climbing, and pole sitting, with plenty of emphasis on coordination through floor-based spin combinations. All tricks are accessible from the ground, so there’s no need to climb or invert. This level builds the strength necessary for future inverted tricks but does not include them yet.

Level 2

Foundations Pole Tricks

Students in this level have developed comfort and confidence with basic pole movements. Here, the emphasis shifts towards building strength and learning introductory inverted tricks. In this class, students practice inverts and basic inverted leg grips, with a focus on performing tricks both on and up the pole. While some combos may involve climbing, students will always have the option to enter tricks without an initial invert - as this is a skill we will work on developing at this level.

REQUIREMENTS

  • basic pole climb x 1

  • basic pole stand (crucifix)

  • basic pole sit

  • basic front and back spin

  • 5 invert grip knee tucks

Level 3

Pole Tricks

At the Intermediate level, students continue to develop strength and control in their inverts and climbs, reaching greater heights on the pole. This level introduces new climbing techniques, such as monkey and seated climbs, and emphasises conditioning for aerial inverts and shoulder mounts. Students work on linking multiple tricks into longer combos. By practicing longer combinations and incorporating freestyle elements, students gain fluidity and control in their movements. Ayesha variations become a focal point, preparing students for more advanced pole work.
