Our Studio
Our studio space is warm and inviting, with multiple areas designed to meet your needs. Not only do we boast three beautiful studio spaces for all manner of classes and private lessons, but we also are home to two wonderful business, offering beauty therapy, and nail treatments, that share our vision of creating a thriving wellness space.

All of our studio spaces are available for hourly rental and bookings can be made here! For recurring weekly rental or if you would like to teach classes from our space please contact us for availability and pricing.

Pole Studio
Studio 1 is a pole studio equipped with six poles. It's the perfect place for pole enthusiasts to explore their passion and take their skills to the next level. The studio's comfortable and supportive environment allows for a fun and fulfilling workout experience.

Multi-Purpose Studio
Studio 2 is a spacious, multi-purpose room with sleek laminate floors. From Aerial Yoga to Kettlebell Conditioning, it accommodates a variety of classes, providing a versatile and inviting space for diverse fitness activities.

Aerial Studio
Studio 3 is a small studio space equipped with a 3.5m rigging point. The rigging point can bee equipped with an aerial hoop, flying pole, or aerial hammock. You are also welcome to bring your own aerial equipment to use.
